As the third employee, I played a pivotal role in building the brand from the ground up at a rapidly scaling startup disrupting the footwear industry. I led the development of brand identity, creative direction, and integrated marketing campaigns that fueled 1,400% growth and supported the company’s $8M Series A raise led by Norwest Venture Partners. Over five years, I built and managed an in-house creative team and award-winning agencies across design, copy, social, content, and production, while overseeing external partners to scale output and quality. I drove brand storytelling across every channel—social, digital, email, site, print, and TV—and spearheaded partnerships, influencer activations, collaborations, PR, events, store design, and packaging. By ensuring every customer touchpoint was seamless, engaging, and innovative, I helped transform Birdies into a category-defining brand.
